Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions under which you ("Affiliate") may participate in the BetArabia Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time.

2. Enrollment

2.2. BetArabia reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. Promotional Activities: Affiliates must actively promote BetArabia using only approved marketing materials.
3.2. Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to advertising and responsible gaming.
3.3. Prohibited Practices: Affiliates must not:

• Promote BetArabia on websites with illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or misleading promotions.
• Use unauthorized keywords or domain names that include BetArabia trademarks.

4. Commission and Payment

4.1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a percentage as per the revenue plan detailed in their agreement.
4.2. Payment: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum threshold is met.
4.3. Adjustments: BetArabia reserves the right to adjust commission payments for chargebacks, fraud, or other deductions.

5. Player Referrals

5.1. Only new players who have not previously registered with BetArabia will be considered valid referrals.
5.2. Players must meet specific criteria, including completing the registration process, depositing funds, and engaging in real-money gaming activities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. BetArabia grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BetArabia's trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under this Agreement.
6.2. Affiliates must not modify, misrepresent, or misuse BetArabia's intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information, including financial data, user details, and Program strategies.
7.2. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
8.2. BetArabia reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately in cases of breach, fraud, or prohibited activities.
8.3. Upon termination, all rights to use BetArabia's materials and trademarks must cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

BetArabia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

BetArabia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees or partners of BetArabia.
12.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
