Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the $12,000 Prize Pool Online Live Blackjack Tournament ("Tournament"). By registering and participating, all players agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Tournament Format

a. The Tournament will take place from December 19, 2025 till January 1, 2026 and will be hosted on www.betarabia.com.

b. Participating games: Blackjack A, Blackjack B, Speed Blackjack C, Betarabia Blackjack A, Betarabia Blackjack B 

c. The prize pool of20,000 will be distributed among the top 20 players on the leaderboard as follows:

3. Gameplay Rules

a. The minimum qualifying bet amount is $5

b. Earn points are based on consecutive wins, only with a win/bet ration greater than 1. 

Example: You bet $10 on a participating game and win $20 > (20/10=2). You bet $15 on a participating game and win $30; two consecutive wins. 

c. Any attempt to cheat, use unfair practices, or exploit technical issues will result in immediate disqualification.

d. Players must maintain a stable internet connection; Betarabia is not responsible for any connectivity issues.

e. Decisions made by the live dealer and tournament officials are final and binding. 

4. Prizes and Payouts
a. The total prize pool is $12,000, distributed among top-performing players as per the leaderboard rankings.
b. Prizes will be credited to the winners’ accounts within 24 hours after the Tournament ends.
c. Players are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations associated with their winnings.

d. In the event of a tie, the prize distribution will follow pre-announced tiebreaker rules.

e. Points tie-breaker: First to reach the number of points wins. 

5. Fair Play and Conduct
a. Players must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards dealers, opponents, and Tournament staff.
b. Abusive behavior, offensive language, or any form of harassment will result in disqualification.
c. Betarabia reserves the right to investigate and take action against any suspected fraudulent or unethical behavior.

6. Technical Issues and Cancellations
a. Betarabia is not responsible for technical malfunctions or disruptions beyond their control.
b. If a major technical issue arises, the Tournament may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Betarabia.

c. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the platform’s policies.

7. Amendments and Termination
a. Betarabia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Tournament or its Terms at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
